AI Opportunity Assessment — $200

This is where everything starts. We sit down together — either in person at your office or on a video call — for about 90 minutes. I’ll ask you to walk me through a typical day at your business. How do leads come in? Who handles what? Where do things get stuck or fall through the cracks?

By the end of that conversation, I’ll have a clear map of which tasks are eating up your team’s time and exactly where AI can step in. You’ll get a written report with specific recommendations, estimated time savings, and a priority order for what to automate first. Even if you never hire us for the build, that report is yours to keep — and most people tell us it’s worth ten times the $200.

Custom Build

Once you approve the plan, we get to work. Depending on your needs, we’ll pull from a toolkit that includes Claude AI, n8n, Make, Zapier, custom APIs, and purpose-built integrations. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all templates — everything is configured specifically for how your business actually operates.

Most builds take between 5 and 10 business days. During that time, I’ll send you progress updates so you’re never wondering what’s going on. If something needs your input — like how you want a customer reply to sound or what your escalation rules should be — I’ll reach out and we’ll figure it out together.

Testing & Launch

Before anything goes live, we test it thoroughly. That means running real scenarios through the system — the normal ones and the weird edge cases that trip up most automations. What happens if a customer sends a blank email? What if someone calls outside business hours? What if two appointments overlap?

We catch all of that before your customers ever interact with it. When we’re confident everything works the way it should, we launch. And by launch, I mean we turn it on together — you’ll watch it work in real time so there’s no “trust me, it’s fine” moment. You’ll see it with your own eyes.

Training & Handoff

This is the part most AI consultants skip, and it’s the part I care about most. I’ll sit down with your team — the people who are actually going to interact with these tools every day — and walk through everything. How to use it, how to check if something looks off, what to do if it doesn’t behave as expected.

Nobody on your team should feel intimidated or confused. By the time I leave, everyone should feel comfortable saying “yeah, I get how this works.” That’s the goal. I also leave behind simple documentation your team can reference any time they need a refresher.
